Error Code Definitions

If ROBAT isn’t working, reference the error code / message below.

  1. Network & Connectivity Issues
  • RTV-1001 – No internet connection detected. Please check your network settings.
  • RTV-1002 – Slow or unstable internet connection. Try restarting your router.
  • RTV-1003 – Unable to connect to ROBAT servers. Please try again later.
  • RTV-1004 – Connection timeout. Please refresh or restart the app.
  • RTV-1005 – DNS resolution failed. Try switching to a different network.

 

  1. Playback Errors
  • RTV-2001 – Unable to load video. Please try again later.
  • RTV-2002 – Video buffering issues detected. Check your internet speed.
  • RTV-2003 – Unsupported video format. Try updating your app.
  • RTV-2004 – The video is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later.
  • RTV-2005 – DRM authentication failed. Please restart your device.
  • RTV-2006 – Too many devices streaming at once. Please stop another stream and try again.

 

  1. Account & Subscription Issues
  • RTV-3001 – You must be logged in to watch this content.
  • RTV-3002 – Your subscription has expired. Please renew to continue watching.
  • RTV-3003 – This content is not available for your subscription level.
  • RTV-3004 – Account verification required. Check your email for instructions.
  • RTV-3005 – Payment failed. Please update your billing information.

 

  1. App & Device Issues
  • RTV-4001 – App version outdated. Please update to continue.
  • RTV-4002 – Device compatibility issue detected.
  • RTV-4003 – Unexpected app crash. Try restarting the app.
  • RTV-4004 – Insufficient storage space. Free up space and try again.
  • RTV-4005 – Error loading app settings. Reset to default settings.

 

  1. Content Restrictions & Licensing
  • RTV-5001 – This content is not available in your region.
  • RTV-5002 – Parental controls prevent access to this content.
  • RTV-5003 – This video has been removed or is under review.
  • RTV-5004 – You cannot record or download this content due to restrictions.

 

  1. Live Streaming Issues
  • RTV-6001 – Live stream unavailable. Please try again later.
  • RTV-6002 – Stream has ended or is no longer available.
  • RTV-6003 – Unable to join live chat. Refresh and try again.
  • RTV-6004 – Live stream playback error. Check your internet connection.

 

  1. Payment & Transaction Errors
  • RTV-7001 – Payment method declined. Update payment details.
  • RTV-7002 – Unexpected payment processing error. Please contact support.
  • RTV-7003 – Subscription change failed. Please try again later.
  • RTV-7004 – Refund request error. Contact customer support.

 

  1. General & Unknown Errors
  • RTV-8001 – An unknown error has occurred. Try restarting the app.
  • RTV-8002 – A system update is required to continue.
  • RTV-8003 – Service temporarily unavailable. Please check back later.
  • RTV-8004 – Internal server error. Please try again later.
