To remove a payment method from your account, go to the Manage payment info page and Delete the payment method you want to remove. You may need to sign in if you haven’t already.
If you only have one payment method on file, you can’t remove it without adding a new payment method first. When a payment method is removed from your account, ROBAT will no longer be able to charge that payment method unless it is re-added to your ROBAT account.
Customer Service is unable to remove a specific payment method from your account. However, we can remove all payment methods as long as you are not paying through a gift card. Once removed, you can add a new payment method to your account before your current billing period ends if you want to continue using ROBAT.
| Note: Some third-party payment methods cannot be removed from accounts.
