How to change your plan

You can change your ROBAT plan at any time by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your ROBAT account.
  2. Select Change Plan. (If you don’t see Change Plan, please contact us.)

 

| Note: If your account is on hold, no plan changes can be made until the hold is resolved.

  1. Choose the desired plan, the select Continue or Update.
  2. Select Confirm Change or Confirm.

 

Changing to a higher-priced plan takes effect immediately so you can enjoy all the added features.  Since ROBAT is a prepaid service, your billing date will change based on the remaining balance of your last payment.

Changing to a lower-priced plan takes effect on your next billing date.  You can continue to use the features of the higher-priced plan until your next billing date.  You can cancel ROBAT at any time.
