You can use ROBAT gift cards to pay for ROBAT or to give as a gift. ROBAT gift cards can be purchased at various retail locations and online.

• Gift cards do not expire, which is printed on the back of each card.
• Gift cards are non-refundable. Once a ROBAT gift card is applied to an account, you can watch ROBAT until the gift card balance runs out.
• Gift cards cannot be reloaded.

Do not share a gift card serial number or gift card code with anyone except the intended recipient.

Redeem a ROBAT promotion

ROBAT partners with a variety of companies to provide special promotional offers to their customers.

If you have received a promo redemption link or URL from a partner instead of a code, follow the redemption instructions provided by the partner.

If you have received a promo code, go to your account and enter the code to get started (some promotional offers from third parties may have some additional restrictions). If you’re new to ROBAT, you’ll be prompted to create a new ROBAT account under the Create A New Account tab.

If you’re an existing ROBAT customer but not signed in to your account, you’ll be prompted to sign in under the Already A Member? tab.

Promotional offers cannot be refunded.  Once a promotion has been redeemed, there is no way to void the promotion and provide a refund.

Promotional offers and gift cards cannot be applied to an Outside Household Member account.  You can apply the promotional offer or gift card to a new or different ROBAT account.
